Based in Hong Kong, Maybelyne brings 16 years’ experience driving communications, brand growth, digital strategy and ROI for global firms with a focus on asset management, real estate, capital markets, ESG and investor services across the APAC region.

Working as an extension of Honner’s client account teams, Maybelyne will provide clients with deep local market insights; assist with the development and localisation of content assets; and provide ‘on the ground’ media relations advice, media connections and issues management support – including supporting key executive meetings with journalists based in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Maybelyne spent five years working in the global real estate sector in marketing and communications roles with CBRE and Colliers International, specifically for the Capital Markets and Investments business line. At Colliers, Maybelyne led marketing programs across 18 APAC markets for both the Investor and Occupier Services, as well a leading digital and thought leadership initiatives, and developing go-to-market programs aligned with regional business objectives and client growth strategies.

She also served five years as head of marketing and communications for Benoy – an award-winning international firm of architects and designers primarily known for its global retail, commercial and hospitality architecture, with offices and design studios in the United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Dubai, Mumbai and Montréal.

Maybelyne brings strong communications strategy and integrated marketing insights, project planning capabilities, client relationship management skills and media relations capability spanning the APAC region. She holds a Bachelor of Arts, European Studies, International Business, from Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines and a Master of International Business, International Marketing from the University of Sydney Business School. She also studied Chinese Language and Literature at the National Taiwan Normal University and speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Filipino with working proficiency in Spanish.
