We are a fast-growing PR and marketing agency that is expanding into the APAC region with a focus on Australia, Singapore and HK markets. We are seeking energetic, results-oriented communications professionals to join our Sydney-based team. This is an exciting opportunity for senior communications practitioners with three-four years’ experience who want to work with some of the world’s leading investment managers, banks, asset owners, wealth groups, crypto firms and fintech innovators across Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience at a communications consultancy, preferably having worked with a range of corporate, financial or technology clients. However – we think flexibly – candidates who have worked in-house in external communications will also be considered.
You will be a polished professional with impeccable written and verbal communications skills.
Requirements
- Genuine interest in and understanding of economics / financial markets.
- Experience working in a communications consultancy, in-house communications, press office or fast-paced media environment.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously with a high degree of independence, perform well under pressure and be a team player.
- Strong and flexible writing / communications skills across a range of mediums.
- Some experience building and driving multi-channel communications programs for clients.
- Able to demonstrate established media relations experience and ideally bring current media relationships across financial press.
- Language skills a bonus.
- Confident, outgoing personality and ability to build quality relationships.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications with either communications or financial / business / economics focus.
